Almost every couple tells us the same thing.  They prefer candid, natural looks for their wedding and we totally agree. Our style is to remain in the background quietly capturing this important event. Sometime we'll ask the couple to face the camera instead of having their back towards us. Sometimes, we'll suggest a better spot because the lighting is more flattering.

 

We do pose our couples when it's time for the formal portraits.  You have a lot of family and friends who have come a long way to attend your wedding and they want to have their picture taken with you. You need a photographer who can posed them quickly, gently (but firmly), in an attractive position with a minimum of time before it's time for you to head off to your reception.
