TAYLOR & CODY’S WEDDING AT MEADOW CREEK FARM IN NC

Taylor Dabbs asked Tim to photograph her engagement to Cody Statin in January 2020. It was clear to us that both of them were deeply in love and looking forward excitedly to their wedding. Shortly before her wedding, we spent some time carefully taking her bridal portrait. The day was great and it was a treat to see her in her gown just before her special day. Finally, the wedding day: a warm, sunny day under gorgeous blue skies next to a pond surrounded by fields of green grass. A truly spectacular outdoor wedding at Meadow Creek Farm in North Carolina. Spacious dressing rooms for the bride, bridal party, mothers, grandmothers and family friends crowded in to watch her get ready. An excited crowd of family and friends gathered to watch Taylor and her dad walk down the aisle to begin the ceremony. There were lots of emotion on both sides during the wedding with both tears and laughter highlighting the vows. One of the special moments was the bride and groom pouring different color sand into a glass container symbolizing the joining of this couple forever. After the exit of the bride and groom, and all the formal portraits, everyone moved up to the barn for the reception which featured plenty of Southern food and a lot of dancing and good wishes. A terrific occasion for the bridal party and all guests. We wish both of them our best wishes and look forward to taking more photographs of their family.
