THE “PAVILION AT NIMS LAKE" - UPDATE 1

The Williams family is busy planning for their son’s Jake’s big wedding in November 2020. That includes working on the Pavilion. Tim and his sons and friends from work completed staining the wooden framing and finished installing the roof on the building. Tim’s started building the pergola that will extend off towards the lake. Lise plans to hang two Cypress wood swings facing out from both sides of the Pavilion. We’ll be having a cement contractor come down this week to discuss installing the floor for the building. Once that’s done Tim will start on a stone fireplace which will be the centerpiece of the building. He’ll finish by installing an electrical system to make sure we have spotlights covering the insides. It should be a beautiful work of art when he is done.
