MARY AND BRIAN’S CHARLOTTE, NC WEDDING

Mary and Brian took each other as husband and wife in a quiet ceremony at Cavalry Church, in Charlotte, NC on August 31, 2019. The grandeur of the Church gave their special day a unique flavor. The Bride’s Dressing Room was one of the largest we have seen and large mirrors on both walls allowed us to photograph Mary’s reflection almost out to infinity. The groom’s dressing room was more modest, but gave Brian and his party a nice place to get ready. Both were calm, and so they were both were easy to photograph. We were impressed by the care shown by her mother as she attended to all the tiny details of her wedding gown, hair, and jewelry. The reception after the ceremony was held upstairs in the Church’s many rooms with ample space for the bridal party, family, and friends. Unique to their wedding was the wedding cake, whipped up by one of their young relatives!
