Your retainer fee is a non-refundable fee that we charge to hold your session date. Your retainer fee is only a portion of what is owed to Tim Williams Photographer.  The unpaid portion of your total fee will need to be paid the day of your shoot or event unless otherwise discussed.  Any portrait, headshot, family portrait, engagement, or bridal session reschedule must take place at least 24 hours before your portrait session.
